This is an optional service for clients who prefer ongoing professional support with annual returns, amendments, and general trust administration. Billed at an hourly rate as needed.

- Trust deed with independent professional trustees
- Certified ID(s) of the founder(s) and trustees
- B-BBEE affidavit (if applicable)
- Letters of authority for the Master's Office
- SARS registration
- Trust tax registration and tax clearance certificate, as applicable
- Beneficial ownership register submission
- Banking resolution and trustee resolution
- Trustee induction and digital document pack

Trustee services are mandatory for fiduciary services, beneficiary identification, and tax and reporting directives under the Trust Property Control Act and other applicable laws. All fees quoted exclude third-party costs such as Master’s Office fees, SARS, and bank charges.
